My stay at Laguna Beach Alya Resort and Spa was a mixed bag. On the one hand, the cleanliness was impeccable and I appreciated the hard work of the staff. On the other hand, the dining options were repetitive and lacked variety, especially for a hotel of this caliber. The pool was enjoyable, but I found the all-inclusive drink selections quite limited. Overall, it was an adequate experience but not what I expected from a so-called 5-star hotel.

This hotel offers a modern and clean environment with spacious rooms and beautiful views, providing excellent value for money. The dining options can be improved, especially the variety of food available, as I often found myself sticking to the same few items. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience, but some services, like perhaps the entertainment, could be more engaging.
